Refund & Return Policy

At Bravion, we take health, safety, and product integrity seriously. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure the safety of all our customers and protect the integrity of our inventory.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Strict Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Only)

Due to safety and sanitary regulations, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unopened and unused.

  • Timeline: You must request a return within [14/30] days of your delivery date.

  • Condition: The product must be in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging. The tamper-evident seal, shrink-wrap, or outer box must be entirely intact.

  • Taste/Preference Disclaimer: We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preference, texture, or perceived efficacy.

⚠️ Notice: Any product that has been opened, unsealed, sampled, or consumed is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Lost Packages: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • Refused Deliveries: Refusing a delivery at your door or writing "Return to Sender" does not constitute an approved return. If a package is returned to us without prior authorization, a [15%–20%] restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, or the refund may be denied entirely.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team at Infinitizeros@gmail.com with your Order Number and proof of purchase.

  2. If your return meets our criteria, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  3. Do not ship products back to us without an RMA, as they will not be processed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our liquid/powder products, but damages can happen during transit.

  • 48-Hour Reporting Window: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken seals, leaking bottles, crushed canisters) or you received the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at Infinitizeros@gmail.com.

  • Required Proof: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged shipping box, the damaged product, and the packing slip.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will immediately ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Reports made after 48 hours of delivery will not be honored.

5. Refunds and Processing

  • Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a strict inspection to verify the seals are intact.

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
