1. Order Processing Time

We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so you can experience the benefits of InnerCalm without delay.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a secondary automated email notification, including a carrier tracking number, as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all global orders.

  • Delivery Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and start from the date of shipping, not the date of purchase. Occasional transit delays can occur due to high order volumes, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or holidays. Bravion.us is not liable for carrier-related delays.

3. International Shipping

We ship our InnerCalm drinking mix to customers across the globe. We currently ship to the following countries:

  • International Shipping Times: Global delivery timelines vary by destination and typically take 5–10 business days, though localized customs delays may extend this window.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bravion.us is not responsible for these charges. All customs and import fees are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Check Your Order Status

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

  • Track Your Order: You can easily monitor your shipment's progress at any time by entering your tracking number into the Order Tracker on our website footer/menu.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update and activate the tracking link once generated.

  • If you have not received your package within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team at Infinitizeros@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the shipment for you.

5. Shipping Safeguards & Issues

  • Incorrect Address Entry: Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Bravion.us is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for a re-shipping fee to send the package out a second time.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Bravion.us is not liable for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen after being officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking states delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact the respective carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) to file a claim. We will gladly provide any shipping logs required to assist your claim.

  • Damaged Orders: We package our InnerCalm drinking mix with strict quality control. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken seals, leaking packaging), please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Infinitizeros@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and shipping box. Damaged claims are handled with priority on a case-by-case basis.
